About MAZANYA
Nurturing life like maa
Our story, mission, and commitment
Since 2019
Our Journey of
Compassion
MAZANYA was born from a simple yet powerful observation: a mother never lets her child go hungry. In the heart of Chandigarh, we witnessed families struggling with food insecurity, mothers unable to provide proper nutrition, and communities lacking the knowledge and resources to sustain themselves.
Founded in 2019, MAZANYA (which embodies the essence of "maa" - mother) represents our commitment to nurture communities with the same unconditional care and dedication that a mother shows her children. We started with a small ration distribution program serving 50 families and have grown into a comprehensive organization touching thousands of lives.
Our Mission
To eliminate food insecurity and malnutrition in Chandigarh by providing comprehensive nutrition support, maternal health services, and building sustainable community resilience.
